Welcome to the month of March! I'm always so happy to see the sunshine, feel the warmth of the first seventy degree day on my skin, and get out in the woods to enjoy the beauty of nature.
I'm a bit late posting this month because...well...frankly it snuck up on me. I know that sounds lame, but time really is zipping by. With so much to do, dragging myself out of the winter doldrums has been a bit challenging. Maybe because we didn't really have much of a winter to speak of (I never donned my snow shoes once!), or maybe because I've been lost in the haze of my post-book-release frenzy.
Overcome Your Sedentary Lifestyle is now on sale in e-book format for $4.99! Available only on AMAZON.
